3 women stabbed in Grand Crossing, suspect in custody
CHICAGO – Three people were hospitalized after a stabbing Friday evening in Grand Crossing near East Chatham.
Chicago police said the incident happened just after 7:15 p.m. near the intersection of East 82nd Street and South Ellis Avenue.
Officers were sent to the area to investigate a dispute between neighbors which resulted in three women being stabbed with a sharp object. There were three hospitalizations reported and a suspect was taken into custody, according to investigators.
No other information was released.
