(KRON) — An at-risk elderly man from San Pablo has been reported missing on Sunday, the San Pablo Police Department announced on social media. Charles Spencer, whose age was not released by police, was last seen at 9 a.m. at his San Pablo home.
Spencer was last seen wearing black with gold shirt, blue jeans and brown boots. No other information was provided about Spencer’s disappearance.
Anyone with information about Spencer’s location is asked to call 911 or 510-724-1111.
