Albany Police investigate Orange Street stabbing
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– Police are searching for a suspect in a stabbing on the 300 block of Orange Street on Sunday. Law enforcement said they responded to the stabbing at 2:55 a.m. and were unable to find a victim and suspect.
According to police, hours after the stabbing was reported, staff of Albany Medical Center notified police about a 47-year-old man who entered the emergency room with a stab wound to his face. Police added that the stabbing happened close to Lexington Avenue.
Anyone with information about the stabbing should call detectives at (518) 462-8039. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to police through the Capital Region Crime Stoppers website.
