JOHANNESBURG (AP) — JOHANNESBURG (AP) — AngloGold Ashanti Limited (AU) on Thursday reported earnings of $223 million in its third quarter.
The Johannesburg-based company said it had net income of 53 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 56 cents per share.
The gold miner posted revenue of $1.49 billion in the period.
AngloGold Ashanti shares have climbed 40% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 38% in the last 12 months.
