Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski declined to name a starting quarterback for Week 16, opening the door for rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson to get the start and Jameis Winston being benched.
Thompson-Robinson replaced Winston during Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
