(KRON) — The San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) reported fire crews were cleaning up the scene of a small chimney fire in the city’s Inner Richmond neighborhood.
SFFD said the incident occurred Friday evening in a multi-residential building at the intersection of California Street and 7th Avenue. Commuters were advised to expect some delays for public transportation in the immediate area.
Investigators confirmed the flames were contained to one section of the fireplace. There were no injuries reported.
