Footage posted on social media shows unmanned aerial vehicles as they hit high-rise buildings in Kazan, the capital of Russia’s Tatarstan region, on December 21. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukrainian drones attacked the city in three waves. Ukraine has not commented. Authorities in Kazan said there were no casualties.
