SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — In an effort to celebrate Veterans Day early, San Diego Honda Dealers is offering free fuel to veterans, as well as active and retired servicemembers for a limited time on Friday, Nov. 8.
Volunteers with Helpful Honda will be pumping complimentary gas at Mobil, located at 710 Sycamore Dr. in Vista, from 10 a.m. to noon. The free gas will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first 100 drivers with valid military I.D will get in on the deal.
Honda drivers will also be offered complimentary fuel at this Mobil location during that same timeframe.
The amount of gas given per vehicle may be restricted to a certain dollar amount. Receiving a full tank is not guaranteed.
San Diego Honda Dealers said the event is meant to thank the brave men and women who serve in the armed forces, as well as and loyal Honda drivers.
