'It's Bo Time!': Bojangles bringing Southern-style cooking to Colorado

PUEBLO, Colo. (KXRM)— In mid-2025 Bojangles, a restaurant chain that specializes in breakfast and Southern-style food, will be coming to Pueblo.

Bojangles is a Carolina-based restaurant started in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since grown to 800 locations in 17 states. Bojangles said its legendary food is made from scratch and served with a friendly smile.

“Fans from all over know Bojangles for our popular tagline – “It’s Bo Time!”… We’re excited to bring our legendary chicken, biscuits, and tea to Colorado,” wrote Stacey McCray, Vice President of Communications at Bojangles.

The location is currently under construction at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway in Pueblo and is expected to open in mid-2025.
