(KRON) — A lottery player in Cottonwood, Calif. won the $1.22 billion Mega Millions jackpot on Friday, according to California Lottery.
The winning ticket was bought at Sunshine Food and Gas located at 3505 Rhonda Road in Cottonwood, which is in Shasta County near Redwood.
