Sky Force Trailer: Akshay Kumar Ignites Patriotism With High-Octane War Drama About India’s First Airstrike
The trailer for Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Sky Force has finally dropped, offering viewers a thrilling glimpse into a gripping tale of courage and patriotism. Set against the backdrop of the 1965 India-Pakistan War, the film marks a cinematic tribute to the Indian Air Force and its historic first airstrike.
Akshay Kumar steps into the role of an Air Force officerand joining him in this high-stakes adventure is debutant Veer Pahariya, who plays a fellow officer. The trailer also introduces Sara Ali Khan as Veer’s wife.
The trailer begins with Akshay’s character delivering a bold warning to Pakistan, setting the stage for India’s daring first airstrike. The tension escalates when Veer’s character goes missing during the operation, leaving Akshay’s officer driven by a relentless determination to bring him back, despite mounting odds.
“Blockbuster written all over,” a fan commented on the trailer shared on Instagram. “Biggest comeback, Mr. Akshay Kumar,” said another.
Directed by Sandeep Kelwani and Abhishek Kapur, Sky Force is inspired by true events, shining a spotlight on the bravery of the Indian Air Force and the untold stories of its unsung heroes.
Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Amar Kaushik, Sky Force is set to hit theatres on January 24.
