When the courts reserve judgments for extended periods, exceeding several months and even years, it amounts to justice being denied to ordinary citizens.
As it is, the standing of our judiciary among the people is not very encouraging. This should be a cause for concern. Parliament should implement legislation that ensures cases are decided in a timely manner.
