Tech Millionaire Bryan Johnson Shares His Anti-Aging Routine: Last Meal at 11 AM

Bryan Johnson, a 47-year-old entrepreneur and venture capitalist, is widely known for his reverse-aging methods and tips on slowing down aging. In a recent podcast with BeerBiceps (Ranveer Allahbadia), he shared his anti-aging diet and emphasized the importance of understanding each person’s unique dietary needs before making changes to their routine. Johnson has invested over three million dollars in anti-ageing research- recently shared details of his diet.

In the podcast, he said, “I consume all my food within a six-hour window, with my last meal at 11 a.m., then fast until bedtime. I prefer this six-hour eating and 18-hour fasting schedule, though I believe each person’s optimal routine varies. For me, it supports the best quality sleep.”

He also revealed that his “anti-aging diet,” focuses on foods like lentils, vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil. He avoids sugar, processed and fried foods, additives, and any ingredients that are unfamiliar or highly processed.

Johnson further emphasizes that sleep, exercise, and diet are the three key factors for staying fit and looking younger. He believes that quality sleep is important for accelerating the reverse-aging process. Additionally, he highlighted how strength training or even just 30 minutes of daily exercise can have a lasting impact on overall health and vitality.

He also revealed that he consumes 120 grams of protein daily, which he considers sufficient for supporting muscle growth, cardiovascular health, and metabolism. He also shared that he drinks about three liters of water each day but stops after 4 PM to prevent disruptions in his sleep from waking up during the night.

In a thread on X, Bryan Johnson outlined his comprehensive regimen for preventing hair loss and promoting healthy growth, which includes nutritional, topical, and light treatments. Though he was expected to be bald by now, he credited these methods for his remarkable results. Johnson also urged men to take early action, emphasizing that it’s possible to maintain a full head of hair well into their 40s and beyond.
