Troy remains identified as woman missing from Glenville
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The human remains located at the Burden Pond Preserve in Troy on October 20 have been identified. The remains have been confirmed as being Amanda King, who was first reported missing from Glenville in November of 2013, Troy Police announced on Thursday.
King’s remains were identified utilizing dental records and DNA comparison. Her disappearance and cause of death remain under investigation. The original investigation into her disappearance was initiated by the Glenville and Albany Police Departments.
